| Rebecca is a social worker, massage therapist and Buteyko Breathing Educator with a penchant towards healing arts for the past 28 years. In 1997, she was diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and, later, with sleep apnea. Buteyko Breathing helped her recover from these conditions, and she is now thriving in her practice.
Rebecca is an avid walker, gardener and bicyclist, and loves supporting people in their endeavors to be healthy and active. She enjoys working with clients of all backgrounds and conditions.
