Buteyko Breathing Practitioners - Arkansas
Rebecca was diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and sleep apnea in 2008, and prescribed a c-pap machine. She had a hard time adjusting to the machine and still had difficulty relaxing and sleeping. A friend referred her to a Buteyko breathing practitioner, and Rebecca applied Buteyko to reduce her anxiety, depression, and sleeplessness, and to wean from the c-pap machine. Rebecca decided to train as a Buteyko Educator, and enjoys sharing this method with others who have sleep apnea, anxiety, asthma, and other disorders. At age 58, Rebecca is an active walker and bicyclist and loves supporting people to be healthy and active. Rebecca is also a social worker and massage therapist, and lives in Little Rock, Arkansas with her husband Hugh, two cats and one dog.
